Returns Policy
At Boodle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.
Conditions for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to request a return.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@boodleco.com to receive return instructions.
- You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon arrival.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be refunded the cost of the item, excluding any original shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Proof of damage (such as photographs) may be required.
Your Legal Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. Under consumer protection laws, you are entitled to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If the item you have received does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within a reasonable period.
